Harry Winston To Open First Jewelry Store In Shanghai

American jewelry brand Harry Winston announced plans to open its first China flagship store in Shanghai this month.

Harry Winston's new flagship store in Shanghai is located in the Xintiandi shopping area. With an area of 5,800 square meters, the new store has two themed halls, which display high-end jewelry, wedding jewelry, and newly designed watches.

According to the company, the opening of the new store in Shanghai is a part of its global development strategy. Over the next four years, it will open 50 new flagship stores worldwide. Prior to this, Harry Winston opened a small jewelry salon in the Peninsula Shanghai in January 2012.

To celebrate the opening of the new store, Harry Winston announced the founding of a new charity fund, which will offer survival skills training courses to youth in China.
