Apple announced that its latest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones will be available in Chinese mainland from October 17, 2014, and consumers can purchase those products via Apple's online store, physical retail stores, the three major Chinese telecom operators, or via authorized resellers.
The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus support TD-LTE and FDD-LTE networks to enable 4G services on China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom.
The iPhone 6 provides three color options to users and its 16G, 64G and 128G products will be sold at CNY5,288, CNY6,088 and CNY6,888, respectively. iPhone 6 Plus also has three colors and its 16G, 64G and 128G products will be sold at CNY6,088, CNY6,888 and CNY7,788, respectively. These prices are for purchased phones via the Apple retail outlets, and pricing will be different for phones purchased on plans though China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom.
Starting from October 10, users can book the smartphones via the Internet and the products will be officially available on October 17.
