Chinese express delivery service provider SF Express recently published its annual performance brief report for 2019, stating that the company realized total operating revenue of CNY112.193 billion, a year-on-year increase of 23.37%; and its net profit was CNY5.797 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27.24%.
The report said that the statistics published this time were only preliminary accounting data, which was audited internally but not by accounting firm. Therefore, there might be differences from the final statistics to be released in its annual report.
According to the report, the company's operating revenue increase was mainly contributed by the continuous fast development of new businesses such as express delivery and supply chain. Meanwhile, the company's traditional business focused on market and customer needs and planned new products and services strategically, which also stimulated the rapid growth of its business.
During the year of 2019, the company's profitability continued to improve, which was promoted by its continued investment in new business. Meanwhile, the application of technological achievements and its cost control measures further improved the company's operating efficiency.
